Koleinu, Boston’s Jewish Community Chorus, was founded in 2002 to bring high-quality Jewish music and culture to singers of all abilities and backgrounds, and to audiences of all ages in greater Boston and beyond. It is the only community-wide non-audition Jewish music chorus in this area, and currently includes approximately 50 singers from 26 area communities.

A volunteer-run, nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation, Koleinu relies primarily upon membership dues and concert ticket sales to support its activities, but must do fundraising every year for larger expenses and continued growth.
